our space is designed with children ages 0-8 years in mind. we offer free admission for children under 6 months of age when accompanied by a sibling with paid admission. adults are free.
due to limited capacity, we strongly advise booking ahead for open play, even if you have a membership. we cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability.
we’re likely to be at capacity on rainy and cold days. we recommend checking the forecast, planning ahead, and booking your playtime in advance.
we require all kids to wear gripper socks. if you forget to bring some, we have some available for $2. adults can wear regular socks when in the play area. all walkers need to remove their shoes and place them in our cubbies.
-
drop in play is during open hours - pre registration is not required but recommended.
admission is non-refundable and for that day only; customers can, however, leave and come back with that same child on the same day, with your receipt or hand stamp.
gripper socks are required in the entire play house area for all walking children. If you forget to bring a pair we have some available to purchase for $2 a pair. adults can wear regular socks but cannot be barefoot or wear shoes. there are cubbies available for shoes and belongings.
we do not allow tiaras, fairy wings, hard surface or sharp costumes, or toys inside any play structures.
adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. we are not a drop-off or daycare facility.
adults are responsible for their children's behavior. to ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted.
all guests, supervising adult and any additional visiting adults, are required to sign our release waiver.
we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. please ask a happy hub staff member to check the lost & found if you are missing something.
because of our inclusivity, some of our visitors may be immuno-compromised - please be courteous of spreading germs - wash hands, use sanitizer, and stay home if you’re sick
we know potty training is tough! If your little one is not fully potty trained, please use a diaper or pull-up when visiting the space. we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $150 if an accident occurs in our play space.
we reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who is not following our rules and regulations for open play.

children can be a little grimy, especially during "sniffles season."
the safety of our guests is our top priority and that begins with strict cleaning protocols.
once open (can't come soon enough!) our play space and toys will be cleaned and sanitized during any lull in guests and every evening after closing.
our entire play area will be a "shoe free" zone to keep the germs away from crawlers' hands. we also understand that sometimes toys can end up in little mouths so we'll place “yuck buckets” throughout the play area for toys that need immediate sanitizing.
it's important to us that our cleaning products are effective, but also safe to be used around children.
we use Force of Nature, "an EPA-registered sanitizer & medical-grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs, mold, and mildew and is on the EPA’s approved list for COVID-19 (List N). it has no harmful chemicals, residues or fumes, and earns the highest possible rating from mayo clinic’s skin safety rating system. it’s a rinse-free disinfecting champ that kills respiratory viruses and the viruses that cause flus. it's also the only cleaner & deodorizer you can buy with no added fragrances, dyes, preservatives or surfactants, no skin or respiratory allergens or irritants."

our grab 'n' go offers gourmet iced coffee, specialty beverages, charcuterie type snacks, packaged snacks and more. we have so many delicious options, that we suspect once you taste what we have, you won’t look back! you can check out our menu here.
all that said, we recognize kids can be picky and have dietary restrictions. If you’re little one reallyyyy wants to bring their own cheddar bunnies or applesauce pouch, we say go for it.
however, please note that we are a nut-free facility, which helps keep all of our guests safe. Leave your PB&J at home, please.
