daily admission is non-refundable and for that day only; customers can, however, leave and come back with that same child on the same day, with your receipt or hand stamp.

we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. please ask a happy hub staff member to check the lost & found if you are missing something.

if your child enters a play structure or an inflatable you must closely observe them while they are inside it.

because of our inclusivity, some of our visitors may be immuno-compromised - please be courteous of spreading germs - wash hands, use sanitizer, and stay home if you’re sick.

all children must remove eyewear if they enter an inflatable. This is a general safety rule for the safety of your children.

caregivers must supervise their child/children at all times and are responsible for attending to their social and emotional well-being during the visit.

gripper socks are required in the entire play house area for all children. if you forget to bring a pair we have some available to purchase for $2 a pair. adults can wear regular socks but cannot be barefoot or wear shoes.

our play space best suits the ages of 0-8 but older siblings are always welcome. please remind older visitors to be mindful of the little bodies at play.

we do not allow tiaras, fairy wings, hard surface or sharp costumes, or toys inside any play structures
